Chilli Prawns with Fresh Mango

1 kg uncooked large king prawns
½ teaspoon ground turmeric
1 teaspoon chilli powder
2 teaspoons sweet paprika
2 cloves garlic, crushed

Fresh mango salad

2 large mangoes, chopped coarsely
1 small red onion, sliced thinly
1 fresh long red chilli, sliced thinly
120g bean sprouts
½ cup coarsely chopped fresh corriander
2 teaspoons fish sauce
2 teaspoons grated palm sugar
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon peanut oil

Make fresh mango salad- Combine ingredients in medium bowl; toss gently.
Combine turmeric, chilli, paprika and garlic in large bowl; add prawns, toss
to coatin chilli mixture. Cook prawns on heated oiled barbecue until browned
lightly. Serve prawns with salad
