Our crab products come ready to eat and have a shelf life of up to 21 days. Recipes can be found here on our website. The claw meat can be used for appetizing salads and crab cakes while the crab claws are delicious simply cooked in garlic and butter. The secret to the success of our Crab products is the care we take when selecting our raw materials. The crab boats depart every morning at 5am out to sea and return in the afternoon with the catch. We then cook and process the stock within 24 hours to seal freshness and lovely flavor. The result of this is a lovely succulent moist crab flavor which is never dry.

Serving Suggestion
Heat gently garlic and butter in a pan, add the Crab Claws and turn ever so carefully until the claws are warm throughout. From the Crab Meat, simply mixing with mayonnaise, coriander and lime gives you a fantastic fresh Crab Meat starter.
