Celebrating 60 Years in Business

This weekend, one of Galway’s best loved family businesses celebrates its 60th Birthday. Set up in1950 Galway Bay Seafoods has become famous for providing the very best in seafood to homes and businesses across the West of Ireland.

This Halloween weekend, Galway Bay Seafoods invite the people of Galway to their award winning seafood centre in New Docks for a celebration that will include something for all the family. In house cookery demos will take place all weekend, with Vincent Corrigan, the Seafood Centres new chef, showcasing a range of dishes the will inspire confidence in people when cooking seafood. Galway Bay FM will broadcast on Friday from 12 – 5pm and on Saturday a face painter will delight the children with the scariest of Halloween faces. Wine and Cheese tastings will also take place throughout Friday and Saturday and people will be in with a chance to win some delightful prizes courtesy of the beautiful Twelve Hotel in Barna, including a detox seaweed bath for 2 and a voucher for dinner for 2 people.
